Dr Bronson Philippa develops computational models for charge transport, focussing on whole-of-device behaviour. He applies his models to understand how charge transport parameters – such as mobility, diffusion, recombination, traps, and the electric field distribution – influence device performance. He is interested in developing improved experimental methods to characterise charge transport.
