Associate Professor Soniya Yambem
Research Summary
Soniya is a device physicist. Her research interest lies in understanding device physics of organic optoelectronic devices and thin film transistors & developing novel devices and device architectures. Soniya is particularly interested in using her knowledge in flexible electronics to develop basic electronic building blocks to interface and/or integrate with the biological world.
